A really great place to stay. Self check in and self service breakfast. We stayed with children and they were super happy with the bunk beds. Might be hard to cook lots there but you could make simple things. Really clean and well maintained. Easy to get the bus down the hill from the station. Would stay again!

Expensive for what you get

Very small apartment family room that you couldn’t swing a cat in. No aircon, just fans so was very hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was quite basic and we were asked to clear the table after we had finished. I wouldn’t have an issue with any of this if we hadn't been charged over £300 for the night, when receiving a Travel Lodge/ Premier Inn experience.

We are sorry to hear that the temperatures during your stay affected your comfort. We are aware that the lack of air conditioning can be challenging during warmer periods, and we are currently working on a climate control solution that is planned to be implemented for next Summer. During the dates of your stay, however, nighttime temperatures dropped to around 14°C, which usually allows the rooms to cool down naturally when ventilated.
Regarding the room size, we would like to mention that the room booked was our Economy room, which is the smallest room category in the hotel. We place great importance on ensuring that this is clearly described and prominently displayed on all booking platforms so that guests can make an informed choice when selecting their room type.
We are also sorry to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our self-service breakfast concept is based on a traditional Swiss breakfast, with a strong focus on regional products, sustainability, and a wide selection of items. It is therefore disappointing to learn that it felt too basic from your perspective.

The room was as described. Fans were very helpful because there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Receiving the room on the ground floor on the road side made it too loud to have the windows open for sleeping.

We loved this property. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The property was really nice and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arth. It’s on the water which was beautiful but it did make it a little far from the train station. I really liked the self check in process!!!

Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast. Parking spaces were very tight and the lot was always full (holiday weekend). The check-in process was difficult and we had to call support to actually get our key activated; other people were having the same problem. But overall a nice property and a great location.
