BE ADVISED - NO AIR CONDITIONING

BE ADVISED: Despite the hotels website and Google claiming this hotel has Air Conditioning - it does not. Confirmed with the front desk - what they are claiming is air conditioning is in fact just an HVAC system that has a fan. You will not get any relief if the weather is hot when you visit.

It was clean, no phone in room, no intructuons or valid info at check in. Asumed we knew everythg the hotel had to offer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Given the Nespresso machine in the room, I'd expect a couple of free capsules per day as in other places.
Breakfast was a bit boring and repetitive in the 3 days i was there.

Nice

My stay was good . There was everything İ needed in the room . The location was good , and with Basel card the hotel have , you can see many places in Basel easily . Wivianne in Reception was great and helpful .
