High-end design hotel
They say it was a hotel that had been renovated from a silo, and it had a very tasteful atmosphere.
I am relieved that the staff are also pleasantly taken care of.
I stayed in a standard double, but the fridge was only in the common area, so I had to be careful about that.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee and the handling of luggage before and after the stay was very helpful.
It was quiet and comfortable, although the proximity to the main roads and railway tracks was a bit of a noise concern.
This is the hotel I want to come back to when I visit Basel.

I have never stayed in a hostel type place but it was all straightful and I shared my room with very nice and considerate people. The breakfast was more than wonderful and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

One of the best hostels I have ever visited both from the aesthetic and practical points of view
Unlike other hostels, this place is very quiet, also when sharing rooms, which have a beautiful design. Each bed is well isolated from the external environment. Toilets are extremely clean, and the overall design is artistic, minimal, and charming: it really looks like an art exhibition. The included breakfast is abundant and better than the hotels' one, and there is an outdoor green space. The location is not immediately in the city centre, but there are several public transport lines connecting it to the hostel (in less than 15 minutes). Check-in and check-out are quick (automatic) and include the Basel card. Useful to know that a reservation in Basel allows you to use public transport for free. The staff is kind and respectful.
