The Alphotel Eiger B&B in Beatenberg offers you newly renovated rooms with balconies and panoramic views of the mountains and Lake Thun. It has a sauna, a garden and offers Wi-Fi. A stop of the free ski bus, bringing you to the Hohwald ski area, can be found in front of the Alphotel Eiger. All year round you can use the village bus free of charge and you have free access to the public indoor pool once per stay. A rich buffet breakfast with mostly regional products is available every morning. The seating area in front of the fireplace invites you to relax and from the garden you have superb views from the Eiger to the Niesen mountains. The Swiss "Postcard" is accepted as a method of payment. Please note that children under the age of 16 years of age cannot be accommodated (see Hotel Policies). A very nice hotel in a wonderful location with a personal touch
We stayed in the double room with balcony (south - what a view to wake up to). We loved the very clean room with extras like very good beds, coffemaker and small refrigator.
The personal touch of the owners Katrin and Chris is very much appreciated to make you feel at home.
The breakfast is always a real treat in the morning.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Swiss Alps
The hotel is run by a wonderfully attentive, kind, and communicative couple who made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — lovingly prepared and served individually for each guest, with no buffet service. The selection of homemade cheeses was delicious, adding a personal and intimate touch to the experience.
The room was spacious, with a hot shower, power outlets on both sides of the bed, a balcony, and a simply breathtaking view. The wooden decor and serene atmosphere made us feel like we were living a true Swiss Alps experience.
We highly recommend this charming and peaceful retreat!

Highly recommended!
Simple but good breakfast with views over the lake and mountains. Lunch and dinner is not offered.
Since Beatenberg is quite lengthy, for the railway to the Niederhorn a longer walk or better, the bus must be taken. Departs every 30 minutes, so with some planning it is no problem.
All in all highly recommended.

Perfect - felt like home
The rooms are beautiful, nothing is missing and you even have your own coffee machine and kettle.
The breakfast is personally and freshly prepared to order and is super delicious and more than enough.
The location is quiet and there is a bus stop nearby.
Highly recommended. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
