Nice place to stay for a few days by the beautiful lake. There were lots of flies around the breakfast spread which was not that good. The room felt very hot in the night even with open window.

Brief overnight stop. Decent enough room for the price. Not fancy or “corporate “ but the bed was a comfy single ( should have asked for another pillow - my mistake ), shower was hot and powerful enough and reception was polite and efficient.

Location wise, this could not be better. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the evening has a good selection of Swiss traditional dishes - otherwise you can cross the road and go to Loewen (which belongs to the hotel as well). Note that for late night check-in you need to call them so they can leave your room key in a safe box at the main entrance (dead easy).

Another great holiday stay

Our third visit to this hotel, friendly, staff, excellent clean rooms, good breakfast selection, great location.
The restaurant is right on the edge of the lake and has fantastic views.
We will be back.

Lovely hotel

Lovely traditional hotel right on the lake. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable beds. Balcony with mountain view. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Small car park which was full but we could park across the road at the restaurant. No aircon.
