Good recovery
Breakfast buffet, not nicely prepared for the eye, lean bread selection. KITCHEN not satisfactory. A better chef wouldn't be a luxury.That's why most of the hotel guests eat out

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass wir Sie kulinarisch nicht überzeugen konnten. Unsere Küche wird in der Regel sehr geschätzt, ebenso wie unser Frühstückskonzept, welches bewusst à la carte und nicht als Buffet angeboten wird, um Frische und Qualität zu gewährleisten. Weekend of relaxation
We stayed at this property for 3 days (2 nights) and the location is really exceptional: it is just 20 meters from Lake Maggiore and has a small platform from which you can sunbathe or access directly to the lake. The hotel also offers a SUP Rental Service, very convenient for lovers of water activities.
Our room was an east-facing suite with partial lake views. The rooms were well divided between the sleeping area and a small living room. The furniture was of excellent quality, with a desk, a spacious wardrobe equipped with a safe, and a large terrace with two comfortable deck chairs. The bathroom, modern and very clean, was just as spacious.
As for the structure, the pool area, although not very large, guaranteed relaxation and privacy. Here we also had breakfasts and dinners, which took place in a very pleasant atmosphere. We did not use the relaxation area, but it was present and cared for.
The real strength of the hotel, in our opinion, is the staff: friendly, precise, kind, always smiling and ready to respond to every need of customers.
In summary, a very positive stay and a property that we highly recommend!

Nice stay, dogs welcome!
We had the junior suite on the east side with side views of the islands. The room was large and clean, the balcony with deckchairs very pleasant. The spa area was also nice and well maintained, especially the indoor pool was magnificent.
A huge compliment deserves breakfast: great concept against food waste and yet a wide selection. We were able to order from the card and reorder without any problems. For us clear 10 stars.

Holiday at its finest
Very nice, well maintained hotel. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly from A to Z.
The room is very spacious and clean.
Location and views awesome!!

Relaxing days with a view of Lake Maggiore
Our room in the 3. Floor offered direct view of Lake Maggiore. You look over the pool and a neighboring building. On the lower floors you can see only a little from the lake, which is just a few steps from the hotel. Parking is available upstairs, the underground car park costs extra. Eating outside by the pool or inside and the food was always very good. The rooms offer good comfort with air conditioning, space, coffee machine, safe, sockets and minibar. On the balcony there are 2 comfortable loungers and table with 2 chairs, and there are also electrically adjustable awnings against too much sun. We felt very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool - or even the lake - offers good cooling in heat, the sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable. The hotel offers various accessories such as massage, excursions.
