Great location close to the train station. Parkering in the basement with a direct elevator up to the hotel. Grocery store in the building with a large selection and long opening hours. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room, large bathroom, and everything was absolutely perfect except for the air conditioning, which didn't work. We weren't informed about this at check-in, but the staff apologized sincerely at check-out. It was possible to borrow a fan for the room, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in either. It should be added that the temperature was around 30 degrees during our stay, but the room temperature was still okay, though it wasn't possible to adjust it down any further.

The location is superb. The Google Map shows that you have to take a long way from the other side after taking off the train, but in fact there is an entrance just next to the hotel, and it takes only 1 minute.
The reception is not on the ground floor, and first you have to go through an automatic door on the right hand side of the entrance of the building, then turn left and go through another automatic door. Then you will see the direction and the elevator leading you to the reception.
The room is not big, but it is equipped with everything you need.

Everything was great, only some hooks in the room would have been nice

This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality.
