will not go here again

Room was alright. Was a bit noisy due to some warehouse in the building. staff was not so nice didnt try to addres our problems with the room. Location is not that hood as well. Need to travel atleast 45 min to get to lucerne. Overall not a good experience

Will not provide the facilities promised. horrible horrible staff

they will not provide the facilities they promis and then will be horribly rude about it.
I booked the room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. there was no sofa bed in the room. one complain, I was blatantly told they will not change my room and If I still have a problem, I can go book some place else. imagine being told this at 9pm at night With two kids (1 year and 4 year old)
