A five-star fairy tale
Entering this structure is like entering a fairy tale.
The environment is cared for in every detail and the customer is pampered and spoiled by an incredible staff.
There is nothing left to chance.
Kindness, hospitality and great professionalism
Princely breakfast, with fresh and always different products every morning.
Clean, super-equipped suite with Occitane courtesy kit, slippers and bathrobe for access to the wellness area.
Elegant and refined common areas, lit fireplace that warms after a long day of skiing.
I also tried the hotel restaurant, it's a sensory journey, not only the food is great, but it is presented in a workmanlike manner, served competently and the wine pairing I dare perfect.
The room where to leave the skis, has individual lockers, with handles that warm both boots and gloves. Always clean and tidy.
International clientele very respectful of other people's holidays.

An outstanding hotel for skiing
What a superb property! If you’re intending to ski Parsenn and arriving by train, it’s the perfect location. While the majority of Davos restaurants are the other end of town, the hotel has a superb on demand shuttle service that solves that.
The staff are fantastic, especially Jorge and Sergio and the shuttle drivers, as well as the spa staff.
Breakfast is fantastic with a great dejection. Rooms are lovely, although there weren’t many shelves for clothes.
The spa is superb - loved the various steam rooms and saunas.
Highly recommended!!

Davos stay with family
The hotel is very well located, the service leaves nothing to be desired, they are all super aware of you and you never lack anything. The staff are super nice and always have a smile on their face.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Davos as it is very worthwhile.

Fluela - makes me happy!
Loved every min of our stay!!! We went with 2 other families- 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). We loved the hotel so much we cancelled some of our reservations and stayed at the hotel all night. The food is amazing there from breakfast and midnight cocktail. We even did an impromptu karaoke with the pianist Roberto. But the BEST was the the staff. Super helpful, kind and funny. Everyone seemed so happy to be working there which says alot about the management. Can't wait to go back.
