Excellent host, humorous, very good cook, nice presentations, Classic modern good, value for money absolutely fine

If you are not looking for the top luxury but want to be pampered comfortably ... the chef cooks, receives, sings, tells, humorously small anecdotes. Breakfast is late at night, it is there!! A votre Service!! Style: 'a la Luis Devinez' bravo, en revient!!

Good food

I haven't left a comment on a restaurant in a long time, but tonight I want to.
We were sublimated by the menu we had the chance to enjoy at Val-de-Ruz.
A magnificent sea wolf as a starter, followed by a rack of lamb from behind the bundles and finally a magnificent vully raspberry basket! What else?

Poetry and passion

We stayed overnight while trekking in the area, and a special mention goes to Mr Michel's superlative cuisine. Music, soul and colors in his dishes, quality, imagination and refinement in the details, passion and professionalism to guarantee perfection in the result. The room was excellent and quiet. Thank you.

Bravo! 5 points but -1 for noisy street

It was a real positive and not expected very good experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. The owner a comedian with nice humor. The rooms clean, not very modern but solid. Everywhere free water to serve yourself, the breakfast was the best of the stay with fresh fruits, cheese, various breads…all fresh and local products. Bravo!! The only downside is the noisy street. That’s the -1 otherwise 5 Thank you for making our stay to such a good experience. Will come back

Delightful simple, small hotel - excellent kitchen

A very pleasant, clean, and proper historic Swiss hotel located in the center of the village. Very friendly and helpful staff, superb food - both dinner and breakfast were excellent, far above average.
Credit cards are not accepted, but debit cards are accepted. I recommend this hotel and would happily return.
