A great place close to the hotel
What an absolute find of a hotel. Super close to the train station, welcoming staff, lovely rooms with lots of great little touches. A very nice and varied breakfast with good coffee.
We had a connecting family room and a junior suite with a terrace. Spacious and the kitchenette was great. The Culti toiletries were very nice.
Geneva was a great base for our stay - easy to jump on trains, get round the lake and go up to Rocher des Nayes as well as explore the city. And the hotel room came with the Geneva Transport card.
Nothing was too much trouble - would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a connecting family room and a junior suite with a terrace. Spacious and the kitchenette was great. The Culti toiletries were very nice.

Great service in a convenient location
The Hotel Auteuil was a great base for us while we were in Geneva. The family room was perfect for our family of four, and the mini kitchen was great. The staff we interacted with were all very courteous and helpful. The location was convenient. My husband and I commented how thoughtful the service was - traditional and old-school in the best sense.

Hotel Auteuil
The hotel is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. However, it would be really helpful to install a ramp at the entrance. To access the elevator and the rooms, one must go up stairs, which is very difficult when traveling with heavy suitcases. A ramp would significantly improve accessibility and comfort for guests.
