Good value
1 5 minute walk from train station. 10 minutes walk to the Lake area.
Small and cozy. It has a covered patio in the rear.
Room very clean. Housekeeping staff very helpful.
Continental breakfast was good. Dining area very clean.
Front desk staff lacks eye contact or greeting with guests when coming or leaving hotel daily.
Definitely needs improvement.
Overall I recommend it for the value and location.
For a better experience try Hotel N’vy around the corner. Very nice restaurant and service.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que celui-ci n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. Vos remarques nous surprennent, car nous accordons une grande importance à l'entretien et à la propreté de notre établissement. Afin de mieux comprendre la situation et d'apporter les mesures correctives nécessaires, nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir nous contacter directement en nous précisant le numéro de la chambre dans laquelle vous avez séjourné.
Dans le cadre de notre programme d'entretien régulier, nous avons récemment entrepris le nettoyage complet de l'ensemble des rideaux ainsi que des moquettes de l'hôtel. Ces interventions sont réalisées de façon récurrente afin de garantir le confort de nos clients.
Concernant les fenêtres, nous tenons à préciser que, pour des raisons de sécurité, une fenêtre sur deux est volontairement équipée d'un système limitant son ouverture. C'est pourquoi l'une des fenêtres de chaque chambre ne dispose pas de poignée.
Enfin, notre système de climatisation est parfaitement opérationnel. Toutefois, conformément à la réglementation suisse en vigueur et à notre engagement environnemental, son fonctionnement est encadré. Ces informations sont détaillées dans notre application dédiée aux clients ainsi que dans la documentation disponible en chambre.
