This was a pleasant surprise for us. The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The house is pretty full with flowers. The breakfast was served to us formally. All in all it was a great experience. We enjoyed it very much.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the future!

Very friendly and flexible staff, amazing food and wine selection. We good a full apartment with all facilities... sad we had a tight vacation schedule and we couldn't stay longer... definitely a comeback option.

Bonjour. Je suis Française et j’ai réservé une nuit dans ce bel établissement avant de partir en trek pour une semaine. Je suis arrivée assez tard pour repartir de bonne heure le lendemain matin et le personnel a été juste charmant et ultra serviable malgré mon arrivée tardive. Une proximité de la clientèle a toute épreuve, le sourire, la disponibilité…Un réel plaisir. Je partais avant le service du petit déjeuner le lendemain matin et la charmante serveuse qui m’a accueillie le soir est revenue me donner une belle assiette pour que je puisse déjeuner avant mon départ. Quelle gentillesse extrême. Une chambre très agréable très propre avec une salle d’eau exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour tout les aspects !! Une belle découverte pour moi pour ce premier passage en Suisse. Merci 🙏 à vous tous. C’est parfait. Ne changez rien. Vous êtes formidables. Bonne continuation Gaëlle
