Staff are very friendly. However the room doesn’t have AC and it runs pretty hot at night. Breakfast is amazing though.

Staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early upon request, and did an excellent job orienting us on the hotel and the surrounding area. Great location and an excellent view from the balcony of our room. Included breakfast had a large number of tasty options. Easily recommended.

Room was very spacious with everything we needed. Modern USB plugs included. Views were breathtaking from the cozy patio. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our car in the parking area after check out as we explored the area more.

The only tiny negative we have is that the television took two friendly young men to get it working. Otherwise, a fabulous stay!

A gem of a hotel that just got better!

An amazing hotel, centrally located, with 5* service from Julius and the team. Hotel Grindelwalderhof is hands down our favourite hotel in the Jungfrau region as the service and staff here are what really make it stand out from the rest. After a recent refurbishment, it is now better than ever. The apartments and rooms have been updated to a really high standard - a perfect mix of contemporary furnishings and outstanding comfort, whilst still retaining its traditional Swiss charm. The log fire is a treat to come back to after a day out exploring, and the balcony has a view to die for. Everything runs like clockwork, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is delicious, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again to Julius, Donny, Apostolos and all the other staff that work so hard behind the scenes. We’re already looking at dates to come back again next year!
