It is very simple. It is top of the top 5s stars hotels. Every single detail is outstanding. And the privacy concept is even beyond every grand hotel.

Outstanding stay — best staff I’ve experienced at any hotel

We just returned from a stay at Ultima Hotel Gstaad and honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had, especially traveling with kids.
The staff were simply exceptional — attentive, warm, and incredibly efficient, from the moment we walked in the door until check-out. Every single team member, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the drivers, was top notch and genuinely made us feel looked after. A very special thank you to Matthieu, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and take care of every little need throughout our stay — nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very high standard — you really feel the boutique, luxury touch throughout. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely surprise too — very generous in size for a hotel of this scale, and perfect for cooling off or relaxing with the kids after a day out.
If you’re traveling to Gstaad with children, I honestly don’t think there’s a better place to stay. Between the space, the facilities, and a team that clearly goes out of their way for families, it made our trip completely stress-free.
Outstanding service, wonderful atmosphere, and a team that made us feel like family. We’ll absolutely be back.

I wanted to love this hotel…

This hotel had the best bed of my trip. It looked lovely, such crisp sheets and so comfortable! Housekeeping was fast, great service. The room was large and a great walk in closet and very well set up bathroom. A very luxury finish. I liked that the hotel is small, I did not like the location. It’s a little outside of the town and the walk is along a small road. The road is a bit noisy and hence you hear a bit of noise. Zuma is a pop up in the hotel. Another negative is that there is no lunch or snack place. Breakfast is a menu but it has all you can wish for and its very fast. For me it’s fine as I do not care about buffets. The gym is nice and light. Spa was very friendly but treatment just average.
