It's a shame there's no listening ear to the guests' inquiries.

The hotel is in an unpleasant environment, the rooms are outdated, the carpets are stained in the hallways and rooms, the elevator is not maintained and you have to use a supplier elevator when there is garbage inside. Customer service is beyond criticism, they are not attentive and do not come to welcome the guests. We had to leave without sleeping in the hotel and now have to fight for a refund that they are not willing to give.

The hotel conditions and room were good, large room and bathroom. Quiet. Check-in was a hassle because of all of the info requested. This needs to be simplified. I would stay again because of proximity to airport and room conditions. Excellent restaurant (La Pera) only 10 minutes walk away.

Check in was terrible. The automated system told me it did not recognize my reservation. It then spit out a piece of paper with what claimed to be a refund and a phone number to call in France. I called the number - no answer, just a recorded message in French

no air conditioning, so extremely hot room; stained rug; saturday breakfast goes until 10 am, and checkout is at same time so that it doesn‘t work! Normally you go to the bathroom after breakfast, but we couldn‘t! Breakfast was very basic
