Sensational stay even with dogs

The stay was sensational My 2 dogs were very welcome. For each dog I received a dog pack. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen superb and fully furnished. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, everything freshly prepared and products from the region.

An oasis of peace

A really cozy, welcoming, friendly hotel. Very clean, very quiet. Friendly staff, very friendly welcome, excellent care. A cozy room, very quiet, very warm, nice and bright. The bathroom is a bit older but very clean and very well maintained. Nothing is missing. The bathtub takes some getting used to showering by today's standards. Even the room is a little older, but this does not take away the charm and the coziness and the cleanliness.
We were only there one night, but we liked it very much, we slept wonderfully and were allowed to enjoy an excellent breakfast afterwards!
We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to the region!

hot, hot, hot

Too bad that it felt 28 degrees in the rooms and that it has carpet in the rooms. Otherwise price/performance ratio very ok. Staff at reception was very friendly. Parking is available directly in front of the house............

Poor breakfast outsourced to another establishment.

Good morning
We stayed two nights, two rooms in this hotel
This “four-star” establishment offers and collects 19 chf per breakfast.
The hotel sends you with coupons to the restaurant next door.
The breakfast service is outrageous!
Coffee ok, everything else sucks.
All the dates of the fresh products offered (almost nothing...) are several weeks out of date! Yogurt, butter..
Little pieces of recooked omelette, recooked like bacon are offered!!!!
Even the bread is not fresh!! Leftover mini pieces of cheese, two kinds, are also made available, certainly for several days, given the color of the latter.
We expressed our dissatisfaction to the young girl at reception.
Answer: The hotel is not responsible because the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel.
Great answer, the latter nevertheless collects the breakfast money!!!
We will no longer return to this establishment and will let our company know so that other colleagues have its unacceptable inconvenience...

Not a four-star hotel

For our vacation in the Lake Biel region, we chose this hotel as a base for our excursions. It is quite old and in no way worth 4 stars. We were clearly hoping for more here. The free underground car park and the free e-bike are very good and the breakfast is also acceptable. Unfortunately, the room only has a bathtub shower, which caused problems for us over 60s and also resulted in a pretty painful accident. There is also no air conditioning, which was quite unpleasant in a week with night temperatures of over 20 degrees. The staff are very nice, though, so we rate the stay as satisfactory overall.
