A big thank you to the Notz family and the entire team at Hotel Hippel Krone in Kerzers.

When grandfather, son, and grandson are all working in the business at the same time, tradition and experience meet fresh ideas. An absolute plus is when the collaboration with the entire staff lasts for years. This is the case here, and it gives the guest the feeling of being at home. You can truly feel the host's passion at Hippel.
The food on Pentecost Sunday could not have been better. We chose the Züri-style sliced veal: The meat was tender, fantastically seasoned, and practically melted in the mouth.
A huge compliment to Martial Notz Junior for this wonderful culinary experience and for his talent.
All stars from the sky for the Notz dynasty **********

Warm service & heavenly food

We were guests as a company and enjoyed game dishes – and what can I say? It was an experience! Each plate was prepared with so much love that you could really taste it with every bite.
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and immediately made us feel welcome.
The food was not only delicious, but simply outstanding. A place that you can recommend with a clear conscience – we were completely enthusiastic and would love to come back!

Very good value for money

The simple but functionally furnished and clean room is very cheap, the breakfast is additional if needed.
We appreciated the excellent cuisine in the evening. Chef and staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Enough PP even on occasions. Dogs welcome.

Restaurant Hippel Krone in Kerzers is worth a visit!

Easter 2025
Friendly we were greeted by Ueli like Reto Notz, the owners, as well as by the staff with a smile... just as we are used to from them. Immediately we noticed the tasteful decorations in the dining room,... the napkins on the tables and the tulip arrangement were just beautiful and designed with a lot of love.
The famous asparagus from Kerzers was excellent, I chose “Asparagus Milanese”, it was a poem!
All the tables were full.
A big thank you to everyone for the unforgettable moment we were able to experience through your effort and skill. The five stars in all categories are highly deserved.
