Over The Top

I wish I could give it six stars, There are a few hotels I have visited throughout the world {maybe 5} that I put in a category of my own: incomparable. This is one.
The staff is wonderful. Be sure to interact with the concierge, Sebastian, even if you do not need his service. He will put a smile on your face.
The public spaces are gorgeous. There were more breathtaking floral arrangements than I could count. (literally, I tried)
Our room was fabulous, with a great view of the lake.
We enjoy the restaurant, which I will refuse separately

Unforgivable!!!

Our stay was from May 27 to May 31, 2026 at this amazing Hotel. The location is in one word fantastic, the view of the lake is phenomenal, so great almost inexpressible in words!! The moment you stand in front of the entrance by car, everything is literally and figuratively taken care of, service is unprecedented and all the staff were extremely correct and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much. In Brasserie Vico we dined several times, this is really great, great.
If you are going to Lucerne and you want luxury and good food, the hotel Schweizerhof is the place to stay.

Amazing vacation!

We stayed here in early June and it was an amazing experience. We were with my parents and two children who are 3 and 5. When I tell you the service is top notch, I mean it. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Would stay here again! They even gave our boys puzzles so they can remember our trip.

Really enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Schweizerhof. The location was incredibly convenient - an easy walk from the train station, even with our big bags. All of the hotel staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. And the rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated having air conditioning given the warmer temps.
Our only minor complaint would be some noise from the road. They had upgraded us to rooms facing the lake, which provided for very lovely views, but the traffic was noticeable fairly late into the night. But, overall, this was minor.
We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Luzern.
