This was not our normal Marriott experience.

The room was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. However, the shower was super slippery with NO handrail. We had to place towels on the floor of the shower to keep from slipping and falling into the glass wall. Also, my first impression upon our arrival in the room was that the wood flooring needed some deep cleaning since there were black marks all over.

Very, very, very... wonderful

Very nice! I wasn't bothered by the room that was not much larger than the King size bed, and a desk chair that you have to squeeze into in order to sit between the desk and bed, because it was otherwise fantastic! Nice sized TV although English stations mostly news. Very nice bathroom and shower, very clean room, very wonderful bed and bedding. Very quiet at night with window closed, but can open it during the day for fresh air. Overall, a very wonderful stay.

Nice hotel

Hotel was in a very good location, a five minute walk to the train station. The front desk staff were friendly. The room we were given had an odd layout. The toilet was on the left side of the room and the shower/sink were on the right side of the room. The entryway into the shower area was pitched. When the shower was turned to hot, it trickled. We alerted the front desk staff that evening, but they could not move us to a new room until the manager arrived in the morning. The next morning, the manager moved us into a new room with a much better layout and a functioning shower. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating.

Located in the hearrt of Lucerne

The hotel is 250 metres from the station and walking distance from the lake
Rooms are small but clean and cosy
The icing on the cake is the hotel staff
Everyone goes out of the way to make you comfortable.
Special mention for Christina and Ricardo for helping the kids and family
I am not able to recall all the names but everyone was co operative and welcoming

Very well located.

Well located, there is a train station next door. Many attractions that one can go on foot. Good breakfast, with varieties. Room large and comfortable. Old furniture. I took a photo from a couch that was badly "restored" and was all patched. Gentle staff.
