The Hostel was perfect. Gorgeous palm tree lined Resort feel. The Pool was amazing and refreshing. The staff was very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable. There were a lot of beds in one room but worked out well. Except for a few visitors that were a bit noisy. The scenery out from patio/ balcony was amazing with mountain, Clouds and Palm trees. I literally wanted to Live there. Only things that could be improved is maybe put in a Coffee Pot and possible light Breakfast included. It cost me a lot to eat out and buy coffee. The vending machine was good but I'd rather have fresh coffee. Thank you, Janice

Extremely disappointing stay – not worth the price

A truly terrible experience. We paid €66 per person, which is completely unreasonable for what we received.
The rooms were unbearably hot (well over 30°C) and there was no air conditioning. The only option was to open the balcony door, but that immediately filled the room with mosquitoes and even a cricket.
Our room was located next to the check-in area, so there was constant noise throughout the evening and night. Even worse, strangers tried to enter our room three separate times during the night. I was sleeping with a seven-year-old girl, who became very frightened.
The beds were also in very poor condition. One bed was missing part of its slatted base, causing the person sleeping there to sink through the mattress.
Before leaving, I calmly explained all of this to the receptionist. I wasn't necessarily expecting a refund, but I did expect at least an apology or some understanding. Instead, I was simply told that we had booked it ourselves, so we should have known what to expect. That response was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.
The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the accommodation itself. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Friendly staff and reasonable rates in a city that is usually quite expensive. Beautiful surroundings and of course a nice pool that the kids loved.

Fantastic

The atmosphere was amazing, the room was adequate, definitely kept clean, no noise except for the trains, the staff are kind and everything is nice and lots of nice guys that come there
