Two night stay with family

Friendly and efficient staff, helpful at all times. Situated on the main promenade with fantastic views across the lake, adjacent to the Town Centre with plenty of local shops bars and restaurants, if you have forgotten anything there is a Coop store 3 minutes walk away located behind the hotel. The hotel and rooms were spotless with air conditioning availabe if required. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent, having your meal while enjoying the view o the promenade and Lake.
Would highly recommend..
While in Lugano experience a Lake cruise, you can stop off at various points for lunch and rejoin the boat later - well worth while

Amazing place

Beautiful, cozy hotel in the heart of Lugano. Needs a bit of renovation (floors were making noise) but otherwise great experience. Would gladly stay there again. Thank you to the team and best of luck!

Best location in Lugano! You walk out of the door and you are right in the middle of everything: best restaurants, shopping, and the lake. There is a paid parking lot right next to the hotel and a parking garage within a 3 min walk. Hotel is very well managed, all rooms are clean and have beautiful lake views, breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly and professional.

I expected more!

Hotel with ups and downs.
Positive points:
Excellent location in the center of the lake and the main attractions.
Wonderful views on the common terrace.
Staff friendliness.
Good breakfast, very tidy and well served, wonderful views in the dining room.
Blinds in the room.
Points to improve.
Unbearable heat.
There is no place to leave the car even for a few seconds to drop off suitcases, a tiny public parking area that is overcrowded.
Executive family room very small for 4, the door could not be closed in the space for the girls because the extra bed barely fit.
Tiny bathroom with almost no mirror and very scarce for 4.
High price and impractical design.

View and Location

We stayed family and friends of 7 people in the suite. The suite has a huge terrace with spectacular views of the entire bay. On the terrace there are both sun loungers and tables. The rooms are in classic hotel condition, clean. But getting a little dated. The staff and location of the hotel are rated 5 stars. The hotel is right on the beachfront among all the lovely restaurants and bars.
