Nice and affordable
So cozy and nice hotel with good rooms, good breakfast and if we had the opportunity, I would have liked to try the restaurant where people sat relaxed and looked to have a good time there when we arrived late and checked in

Charging stations for electric cars were unusable, and the staff was completely indifferent: terrible service!
If you offer an essential service like charging for electric cars, you have a duty to ensure access, especially in a mountain location like San Bernardino where being stranded is a real risk. This morning around 10:00 AM, both charging stations were illegally occupied by two gasoline cars. Surprised by the chaos in the parking lot, I called Brocco & Posta this evening to report the situation, convinced I would find cooperation. The response from the staff member on the phone was nothing short of scandalous and reflected a total lack of professionalism: I was literally told that "they do not have time to check who parks" in the spots reserved for electric cars. Such an attitude, besides being lazy, is unacceptable. This is not about "wasting time," but about enforcing the rules of your establishment and showing respect for customers and travelers. If you are unable to manage a parking lot or if you believe that customer assistance is a waste of time, it would be better to remove the charging stations. Not recommended for anyone driving an electric vehicle: the staff's indifference risks leaving you stranded.

Passing through during summer vacation. Spacious clean room for the whole family. Car charging possible just outside. Good quality restaurant!

Positive experience
I stayed 3 nights during the holidays. A beautiful snow accompanied our stay, making the resort and the holiday magical.
Triple room right in space and well furnished. With window on the front. Good service and welcome. At the bar, breakfast and room service all the staff was very kind. We liked feeling good, despite some of our delays to breakfast no one rushed us.... all smiling and well disposed towards the customer.
Even at the aperitif bar there is always a nice convivial, sociable and welcoming atmosphere. I liked the general decor, post renovation, which really gives the idea of a mountain holiday.
Good food. Menu is repeated if you choose half board.... maybe it's a bit 'too bad not to offer more choice (especially for children...).
The offer of SanBe kids - miniclub type - is very nice.
At reception very kind and helpful, even for late check-out.
The only flaw I discovered: they do not accept euro banknotes. Swiss francs only.

Per quanto riguarda il menù in mezza pensione, prendiamo molto volentieri nota del suo suggerimento: offrire più varietà, soprattutto per i bambini, è un punto su cui stiamo già lavorando.

Authentic hospitality between scents of wood and alpine atmosphere.
Already from the entrance you immediately perceive the imported peculiarities of the structure: kindness towards customers and good service at a general level. A special compliment to those who served us at the reception, bar and table (bravo Brian!). A hotel to spend pleasant days at San Bernardino.
