Take bus #204 from the train station for only few mins.Speedy check in with friendly staff.
Facilities with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is only breads and pastries without hot foods is a bit disappointed. Overall service is excellent.

Wonderful location, the rest is poor.

I had clearly understood that the property was separate from the Plaza hotel, but I was certain that given the price of 260.- it was also around 5 stars. Instead, I find a hovel with carpet, without air conditioning but with a single sad, cheap fan that spins, a bathroom without shampoo and conditioner and without complimentary toiletries, a sad kettle and no coffee machine, to be clear, and I felt a bit cheated. I would have avoided giving the ground floor room to a girl alone. Location, however, is wonderful for seeing the MJF concerts.

As mentioned in our previous response, Villa Toscane is a 3-star property, and this is clearly indicated throughout the booking process. The facilities and amenities offered are therefore those of a 3-star hotel, while guests also benefit from access to the wellness facilities at the Royal Plaza, located just across the street.

Pleasantly surprised

I was surprised how nice the room and facilities were after reading the reviews. We had a suite for 3 ppl and it was more than enough for us. we had a balcony seating area off the room facing the street. I would suggest getting a room in the rear of the hotel as the street gets quite busy especially in the morning. The main hotel was across the street for check in which was no bug deal like the sour reviews make it. Staff was very pleasant and the walk along lake Geneva is close and beautiful.

Staff were lovely, very efficient and courteous. Couldn’t do enough for us. The walk across the road for breakfast was beautifully bracing and the view unsurpassed. So easy to wander leisurely into Montreux Christmas Market.

The stay was okay but I booked months in advance for a certain room and when I arrived they said it wasn't available this time of year, but I booked half a year ago so they could have easily had this room available so this ruined my stay
