Perfect

We stayed two nights there and were extraordinarily taken by the friendly and expert owner. Room very clean (great shower !!) and with good wifi, easy parking right at the house, great breakfast. Overall very fair price/performance ratio!

Biking the Bodensee

I bike the Bodensee from time to time. I was visiting Germany and I borrowed a friends bike. I was alone and started in Constance. The pedal on my bike started to come loose. I had to make my first stop early. Luckily I passed by the Sonne. I called the number on the outside of the hotel and I got in touch with the owner. After some awkward Swiss/German/English talking, I was able to get a room. This place was beautiful. The room was accommodating and perfect for a one night stay. There was an Italian restaurant right down the road that I enjoyed. In the morning, I was impressed with the breakfast. The owner helped me fix my bike, and gave me a tour of the beautiful old farmhouse that is now a guest house. I loved it.

Joli hôtel de campagne

Belles chambres soignées, spacieuses et propres. Très bon accueil du patron et de la patronne. Bon petit déjeuner dans une belle salle. Places de parcs gratuits. A proximité du port de Altnau pour une ballade sur le lac de Constance

Gemütlicher und unkomplizierter Gasthof

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kindern (8 und 10) sehr willkommen gefühlt. Schöne, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Inhabergeführt, sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung durch das Wirteehepaar. Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert, aber nicht mehr täglich geöffnet (ausser fürs reichhaltige Frühstück für Hotelgäste).
Grosser Parkplatz, in Gehdistanz zum See.

Nachtessen

Wir waren zum Nachtessen in der Sonne. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön dekoriert, Vorhänger Blumen alles passt zusammen, sehr, sehr schön. Der Service war Perfekt, dass Essen liess keine wünsche offen. Es war ein perfekter Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
