Enjoyed every minute

this is a fabulous hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms are very stylish and roomy. We had an amazing view of Lake Locarno. It is just about an eight minute walk from the train station. The restaurant is outstanding, and I will review it separately.

Amazing hotel. 100% wheelchair accessible.

We stayed here for three nights and would have been happy to stay longer. Absolutely spotless throughout the whole hotel. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room-which was truly accessible. Fantastic wet room with emergency pull cord and alarm. Everything within reach in the room for a wheelchair user. We even had access to the rooftop terrace-which is very rare for a wheelchair.
Breakfast was a great selection of meats, cheese, cereal, breads and hot food. There’s something for everyone.
We will definitely be back.

An absolute gem with world-class hospitality! Can't wait to return!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this wonderful hotel! The location is simply unbeatable, everything was within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. We also loved the complimentary, delicious homemade lemonade waiting for us in the lobby. Such a refreshing and thoughtful detail!
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. Without exception, everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and super helpful. No matter what we needed, we were met with bright smiles and prompt support.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Massimo, the Direttore - Ricezione. Already during the booking phase, he was immediately available and handled our booking request with outstanding flexibility and efficiency. As an exceptional host, his professional help made the preparation for our trip entirely stress-free, ensuring we started our journey on the right foot.
To our delight, the wonderful surprises and kind gestures didn't stop even as we were checking out. This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel valued and pampered from the very first minute to the last.
Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. We cannot wait to return!

The place in Locarno.

First rate in every way. Great views of the lake. Location is perfect. About 1 1/2 minutes from the train station. Check-in was seamless. Their restaurant was first grade with morning breakfast buffet and the evening dining was gourmet quality. Wouldn’t be surprised if they picked up the Michelin star. Our room was spacious and well-maintained with a really nice balcony that overlooks the lake.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views

This is such a lovely hotel! A great location - lake front - and with everything in easy walking distance. The views from the balconies are stunning. The bed and bathroom are very stylish and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent - lots of variety, good quality and a lovely setting. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The indoor and outdoor lobby areas are very inviting. The Locarno train station is right behind the hotel, but this is not a negative in any way. The rooms are beautifully quiet and the nearby area is lovely. The pier is also just a short walk away. The hotel rooftop has views that are beyond stunning. The rooftop is wasted in my opinion as it was empty all the time - it has sunbeds, but nothing else. If I ran the hotel, I would run an evening bar and snacks service.
