Perfect location! Great hotel.

Great little hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, good shower and a lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Good location

Best location, the hotel in general is not bad at all just a bit old but it’s good .
Just 2 minutes walk to the train station

Bad

Charged us double for no reason. Staff rude, dont care that they charged us double. Food was okay I never want to come back again.

Ok, nothing more and nothing less

Cramped rooms, no refrigerator, aging bathroom, bed on roll. Plus point for the air conditioning and reception. Breakfast ok

Clean, simple hotel with great location

Spent 2 nights here for a work trip in a lake view room. Room was a decent size with windows on two sides for views of the lake (through the trees). Room was clean, but fairly simple given its star rating so no surprise there. Pillows weren't great, but the mattress itself was comfortable. Breakfast offering was continental buffet which was fine. Good location in central Neuchatel, short walk to train station and you're right on the lakefront.
