Disgusting
Omg this place is disgusting- dirty dishes in sink since I don’t know when with ants all over, just gross. Upstairs has a little fridge with left over food on top of the fridge and of course a lovely ant line

The worst experience of my life
I planned to stay long term at this place 3 months. Even before arriving there I exchanged emails with Amelia but didn’t make much sense. After she sent me her bank info with a screenshot without explaining exactly where to send the upfront rent and deposit, I just sent the money to the name of the card and IBAN she sent me. Due to very early notice the money would arrive 6th of January while I arrived at 5th. After I sent the money the owner never once answered to any of my emails. Upon arrival she saw me and without even greeting me properly she just said I didn’t get my money. So we compromised since I shown her receipts of the transfer and I signed the contract for the “big” room. Before I entered the room properly I quickly left my things inside the room and left to the common room since she didn’t clean the room yet. After some time I entered to my room and to my surprise it wasn’t clean and there was a strange smell like a fusion of sewer and mold. The room even if considered big is barely enough for 1 person. The loading cabinets were dirty and small. Plus the most important thing is that there are big amounts of ants and they are so many that you feel them crawling on you. Even the light of the room was an annoying blue light that was tiring to the eye. The shared kitchen had a mix of dust and dead ants so I didn’t even approach there. 6th of January. I ask her if the money got transferred and she said she is in Italy so she didn’t check. Meanwhile because there were only two plugs inside the room I needed an extension which I took myself after sending many times. When I told her that the wifi doesn’t reach me she said that I can change rooms to the smaller one instead of just adding a wifi extender. In general she couldn’t be reached easily despite being the only staff of the “hotel”. After some days she sent me that the money never reached her and she started being unprofessional and rude with me. She said to handle the situation or I’m getting kicked out. Meanwhile I checked the transfer and her bank has rejected the payment so it wasn’t my fault since she didn’t give me correct instructions. And I already sent all the receipts that the money was at first on the way . After she called me a scammer she said I need to go the next day so I packed my things and left. Overall the worst place I’ve been and the worst service rude and disrespectful. Save your precious money and don’t approach

Nous avons réservé juste pour une nuit dans cet établissement, reçu un message sur notre compte Booking.com pour nous dire d’aller dans une chambre puis un autre message pour aller une autre chambre et propreté à désirer, masque au sol , wc pas propre, poils dans baignoire et chenille au mur , pas vu l’hôte pas top
