A perfect Alpine escape - Exceptional Service & A Magical Touch
Our stay at the Hotel Schweizerhof Saas-Fee was simply fantastic. From the moment of our arrival until our departure, all our expectations were exceeded.
Here are some highlights that made our stay unforgettable:
- Impeccable cleanliness: The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. Our room was incredibly clean, fresh, and well-maintained throughout our entire stay.
- Culinary delight: The food here is simply delicious! Every meal was a culinary highlight – beautifully presented and excellent in taste.
- Outstanding team: The staff at the Schweizerhof are redefining hospitality. The staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ensured with a genuine smile that we lacked nothing.
- Perfect logistics: Since Saas-Fee is car-free, the arrival and departure days were absolutely stress-free thanks to the hotel. The convenient pick-up and drop-off service from/to the bus station was punctual and super comfortable.
- The absolute highlight : We fell head over heels in love with the hotel's own dog! He is the cutest, best-behaved four-legged friend ever, and the hotel even allows guests to take him along for walks. That gave our hikes in the mountains an incredibly warm and cozy touch.

Very nice hotel in Saas Fee
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It felt very homely and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the nearby mountains from the balcony. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but had dinner in the hotel restaurant on two of the days. The food was always delicious, and the waiting staff always friendly and personable. The pool and spa facilities were all good and very relaxing after a busy day on the ski slopes. It felt a little bit like coming home!

Location is great with gorgeous mountains. The hotel is a bit old inside, though, and the beds aren't very comfortable. some stuff were lovely to us, whilst others were unfortunately short-tempered and rude.
