Impeccable

The rooms were magnificent and perfect, the shower was sublime, the beds extra comfortable, in short, nothing but happiness. The service was impeccable, the lady at breakfast and who is at the front desk most of the time was so kind, I adore her, a real sweetheart! Same for the one who welcomed us when we arrived, super nice!! The food was good, especially the quiches! There is a river right next door, it's magnificent, it's cold (a little too much) but it's refreshing!! The breakfast lady (I don't know her name, I apologize) recommended we go to the green lake, it's so beautiful, the water is freezing (because of cold water springs I think), we continued a little further on the path and it was so relaxing!! Thanks again to the super super kind lady that I keep mentioning!!

A little gem in a region full of charm.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Saint-Ursanne, this hotel is a true haven of sweetness and serenity.
From the moment of arrival, one immediately perceives the attention given to the well-being of the guests. Everything seems to have been thoughtfully designed with intelligence, taste, and a sense of detail to create an atmosphere that is both warm, comfortable, and authentic.
The rooms, of a very pleasant size, are perfectly equipped and carefully arranged. Every detail matters and contributes to making the stay particularly enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the remarkable quality of the shower products, rarely encountered in establishments of this category, as well as the thoughtful gesture of the gin and tonic offered to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the room.
Special mention also for the wellness area. The spa, of a human scale, is impeccably clean, perfectly maintained, and remarkably well designed. Its intelligent layout allows for full enjoyment of every space in a calm and soothing atmosphere.
What particularly captivated me is its ability to utilize each area with great taste, originality, and a genuine pursuit of harmony. Nothing is left to chance, and one can feel the desire to provide a quality, sincere, and refined experience everywhere.
A very beautiful discovery that I willingly recommend to those who seek charm, tranquility, and authenticity in a particularly endearing setting.

Exceptional stay

I had an exceptional stay! I stayed in a Cosy room and enjoyed the choice and aesthetics of the materials, the warm welcome and the brightness of the room! The common areas are also great, including the breakfast room, and I loved the fact that there is monk's head for breakfast. The spa is absolutely splendid. I can only recommend a stay at the Hôtel de la Cigogne!

Very nice hotel however disappointing for the price

Very welcome and in this hotel tastefully redone. Nevertheless, the overnight rate is prohibitive for the region. The most disappointing is the SPA which is not worth it. Activities stop early in this charming village where everything closes very early.
