A stay that confirms excellence
I appreciated the comfort of the rooms, the tranquility, and the silence during the night, ideal for restorative rest. The cuisine was also excellent, with well-prepared and high-quality dishes, as well as the service, which was always attentive, friendly, and professional from all the staff.
A special thank you also goes to the spa staff, who are knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional, contributing to making the stay even more enjoyable.
Compared to last year, I was pleased to notice the renovation of the Garden room bathrooms, now brighter, more modern, and comfortable.
A hotel that continues to confirm the high quality of its services. I recommend it, as always, to anyone who wishes to enjoy a vacation focused on relaxation and wellness.

Stunning hotel excellent service
The room on ground floor was large with nice terrace overlooking the mountains and the lake
Very well appointed and comfortable bed . Nice coffee and tea making facilities and decent size safe
Bathroom modern and well equipped and great shower and good amenities
There’s an underground car park
Dinner was in lovely room with views and very good selection and food was very good
Staff were really friendly and professional
Breakfast was outstanding with very decent choices and lovely fresh selection of breads and local produce
The nicest hotel we stayed in Switzerland. A big thanks to the lovely people working there
Unfortunately didn’t use the spa or bakery but looked lovely
