Dreamy oasis of well-being
If there were more stars, this wonderful house would have deserved them!
We are here for the first time. We decided on it spontaneously and were not disappointed!
If friendliness and hospitality have a name, then it is Hotel Bellerive!
The two owners and hosts Mario and Katja are the soul of this sweet and romantic hotel. You feel welcome and at home right away. The whole team is simply a dream. Since I come from the industry myself, I know what a great job everyone does here. With a lot of dedication and heart.
The rooms are amazing. The spa area as well. With great attention to detail.
The breakfast is also worth mentioning positively. There is everything here that the heart desires.
Whoever comes here will not forget it and will definitely want to come back!
We will definitely do so!

A 3-star that easily deserves its 4th!
Great stay! The welcome was exceptional and all the staff are very attentive.
The hotel is ideally located, close to everything while being quiet. The room was spacious and the lovely decoration prepared for my birthday touched us a lot. The breakfast is complete, with local, fresh and delicious products. The spa was also very good and enjoyable.
A big thank you to the whole team for these lovely gestures. I recommend without hesitation: a 3-star that easily deserves its 4th! We will return with great pleasure.

outstanding hotel and staff
We stayed here just few days ago. Beautiful place, pristine rooms. Hotel smells amazing. Has a very modern feel to it. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. Very good breakfast buffet with fresh orange, carrot and apple juices apart from the variety of cheese, cold cuts, breads etc. They have different milk options too. Very environmentally conscious hotel. They make sandwiches from left over breakfast and are free to grab till they run out. A big shoutout to all the staff and especially Riu. Zermatt is a small town so several restaurants, bars, shops, icecream parlor and grocery stores are in walking distance. Train station is a 5-6 minute walk and not uphill

Great Find!
What an absolute treat! We were late due to train issues and after a very long day arrived to a totally decorated room for my birthday! The hotel is beautifully decorated, wonderful breakfast and a super friendly staff. It is in a quiet area, but 10 minutes walk to everything. I would highly recommend it and would certainly stay again.

A fabulous and welcoming hotel in the centre of Zermatt
A lovely welcoming hotel located in Zermatt town centre. Super friendly and helpful staff who were really attentive to our needs. The hotel is lovely and very well equipped with a great spa. The breakfasts are great. It’s extremely good value for Zermatt. Special thanks to Helena who was amazing. The hotel owners are brilliant and very knowledgeable about walking/climbing conditions. We would definitely stay here again.
