Awesome Stay- large apartment, super sized pool, free continental breakfast

Wonderful stay near the train station. Kids loved pool and free breakfast. Rooms were clean, 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Family stay for Spring Break

We loved staying here!
This place is only a three minute walk from the train station. No taxi needed.
Also a 3 minute walk from the Gornegrat station.
The grocery store was right across the street, which was very convenient!
Also, a very short walk to the main part of town, where all of the restaurants and shops are.
Could not be more convenient!
The breakfast was spectacular! So many choices from traditional, American fair such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes, as well as a huge assortment of cheeses, meats, breads, pastries, cereal, and more. Also had two custom coffee machines and all kinds of juice including fresh squeezed OJ.
Staff was very helpful with any needs we had and helped us make arrangements.
The pool and spa was amazing! We enjoyed the pool every single night and also utilize the sauna.
We certainly hope to go back someday!

Perfect and highly recommended

We only stayed for one night in this beautiful hotel but the stay convinced us all around. The reception was professional and at the same time very warm.
Our two rooms (with double bed and pull-out couch) were extremely clean, modernly furnished and equipped with extra high quality pillows – a real plus. Also the small kitchenette was very practical. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with everything you need.
A special highlight was the breakfast: diverse, fresh and of high quality. It really left nothing to be desired.
We can recommend this place without restriction and will gladly come back.

Large Apartment with everything you need for a wondeful stay in Zermatt!

Wonderful aparthotel, exceptionally clean large One Bedroom Apartment with 2 Bathrooms, Balcony view of Matterhorn! We stayed 3 nights in September 2025 and had very unusally hot weather at 27 degrees. Easy walk from Train station, supermarket and restaurants all nearby. Fabulous Hotel, lovely hot and cold breakfast wide variety. Zermatt a once in a lifetime holiday.

Great Value

The property is clean, very close to the high street and well maintained. The bus stop to the lifts is 50-100 metres away. The pool is clean, with very comfortable temperature and nice hydromassaging facilities.
Staff are kind and very responsive to any queries.
Breakfast is extremely delicious.
We are definitely going to book the hotel again.
