Hotel St Gotthard thanks to the friendly staff member Diyar Aktürk.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and pays attention to guest satisfaction in every detail. In particular, the friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism of employee Diyar Aktürk made our holiday even more enjoyable. We thank him and the entire hotel staff.

The hotel was very centrally located, practically across from the train station. The employees were very nice and helpful, and there was a cute restaurant and bar.

We found this charming hotel to be one of our best stays in our trip, very comfortable bed, spacious enough to move around, great closet space and the bathroom was well equipped and great size. It felt like a 5 stars hotel but an affordable price.
Definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff is very accommodating and eager to help.

Convenience is not worth the money you pay.

Property is very old. Room had some kind of smell , maybe from the carpet. Hope you don’t get room on lower floors, we got lots mosquitoes or bugs in the room. We called the manager to look at the room for that and his reply was “ it’s normal. What do you want me to do? When you open the window they come!!!” We told him that we didn’t open it. He didn’t have any thing to say or do so we blast the AC and went to sleep. But we traveled 12 days but on the last night going back home we got this bad experience. I paid CHF 455 for a night thinking I was getting best place near the station but I was wrong about it. I rarely say negative about without very strong reasons but this time I got to give this review because I felt cheated.

Historic hotel with history of dignatories and the Marz family. Has famous lobster bar/restaurant in the hotel. Helpful staff. Modern amenities.
