One of the best ways to meet local people is to stay in a place like this. The owner was very friendly and helpful, collecting us from and taking us back to the station. The property was very clean and comfortable and located in a residential area. There was a go-kart centre opposite but not an issue. Breakfast was interesting and a mixture of local and western dishes served at the time of your choosing.
No evening meal available so a short walk into the local village. Found a Vietnamese canteen type eatery. No English but photos of dishes on the wall - authentic food, tasty and amazing value for money!!! Note that many places are closed by 2000 hrs at the latest especially out of peak summer.

干净， 整齐， 舒适·。。。想自己家一样·。。。

我们一家人有十一个人，所以包栋。一楼有一间房间，刚好方便两位老人家住，不需要爬楼梯。房子很干净，还有牙刷，梳子之类，非常贴心。老板娘非常友善，也煮了一桌非常丰盛又好吃的早餐,让我们念念不忘。老板娘很贴心，还打包水果让我们在路上吃。真的很赞!
Our family consist of 11 pax so we booked the whole building. There's a room on Level 1 so the elderlies do not have to climb up the stairs. The house and rooms are all very clean and neat. Lady boss is a good cook and prepared a feast for our breakfast. Would love to stay here again if there's a chance! =)

老闆娘很熱心 會分享很多景點 也有提供一些合作店家的折價券
房間內很乾淨 雖然夏天蚊蟲比較多
但是房間內都沒有這個問題！！！推推
外面的植物老闆娘很精心的照顧～一起床看到美美的植物 心情放鬆很多
未來有機會來南投還會再來～👍

民宿主人非常好
知悉我們要去溪頭也非常熱心告訴我們怎麼走才不會塞車 很棒!
而且附近就有集集夜市 很方便!
