A Charming Boutique Stay with Incredible Staff

We had such a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The hotel has its own unique charm and quirkiness, which is exactly what we love about boutique stays. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with free snacks every day. We also noticed that most guests were local tourists rather than international travelers, which made the experience feel authentic and special.
Our only minor feedback would be that the bathroom could use some fresh caulk in the shower, and the dining room could benefit from updated tablecloths. But honestly, those are small details compared to how lovely the staff made our stay. If you appreciate a boutique hotel, this is a spot you won’t want to miss!

Stunning accommodation. Highly recommend.

I’ve known this Airbnb for quite some time and finally had time to go with family. This place does not disappoint.
The only issue is that this may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
There is no need to hit 7-11 to buy late night snacks and beverages as there are plenty in the room as part of the amenities.
The staff were very patient my elderly parents!

Retro Look

We didn't go in for afternoon tea because of limited time, but the staff at the door let us to take photos outside. The hotel has a retro look and western style additionally the mountain scenery is beautiful make us very relaxing. I will try it if I come to Taiwan next time.

Exceptional dining experience

We visited the Old England Manor restaurant for a family of six celebration meal.
We all thought the quality of the food and the presentation of all 6 tasting courses was exceptional.
