My hotel experience was so great because of very convenient and accessible to all establishment you needed. Only a walk away from the hotel, so quite and very friendly staff. I will book again in the near future.

The room smelled a bit stuffy and there was dust behind the couch. There were also a few cockroaches. The bedding was clean. It’s located close to the bus route and MRT station with a shopping mall close by.

STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS PLACE!!! The location is extremely hard to find, the taxi driver and I took an extra 30 minutes going around circles before we can find it. The location that the host gave out was a complete different address when I got their and realized the location have 2 addresses. (Picture atrached) The host sent me an address with instructions in Chinese and the directions were not clear. He was also very RUDE and told me that I can check out and ask for money back if I don't like the room. It was almost 9pm on a Saturday night and it would be very difficult for me to another hotel. For travelers don't speak or read any Chinese would be impossible to stay here. Also a local taxi driver told me no one can locate where Nanping Rd unless you are a local Taiwanese and Xinqing Rd is the actual address.
So what is the point posting on Trip.com if you can't even dealt with English speaking travelers??? You should take down your listing and post to somewhere else if you can only communicate in Chinese! Don't try to scam travelers!!!
It's a guesthouse with walk up and no one is at the service front desk when you arrived. It's a self check in service. The listing itselves looks like a hotel but it's not. Don't come here if you have suitcases because it's a walk up to 4th floor and I ended up leaving all my suitcases on the first floor and only brought stuff that I need to the 4th floor. I also need to wait 30 minutes to have the host to come in to turn on the internet router. Also no hot water kettle in the room, you need walk down to the first floor to get hot water. Pain in the butt!! One of the worst experience booking a hotel in Taiwan.😡😡😡😡😡
Trip.com did compensate me US$10 and thank you for understanding and I hope future travelers don't need to deal with these hassels next time.

Location is decent and rooms are big and clean. This is a self service room with no lobby so you can't leave your luggage until check in time. Will be a bit confusing for guests who cannot read mandarin. Phone support is decent.

The hotel is a small fresh style that I like. It has an open-air bathtub and it is so refreshing. It is very close to Ruifeng Night Market. It is just a short walk and the subway station is very convenient. The boss is nice. Is a good choice! I heard that a new pavilion has been built. I wanted to check it out. Later, I did n’t have enough time, but I believe it was good.
