The arrival at the hotel is a bit stressing: closed iron curtain, high traffic road... But the actual entrance is at the back, on a quiet street, through a closed yard. The rooms are new. The decoration make them very clear and roomy. Comfort is good. The location is outside the center of Puli and there isn't much around, except fortunately a excellent Hakka restaurant just nearby. It's a good stop for one night

Annoyed

I was going to write a nice review for this hotel since the room is large and clean, the owner is friendly and helpful, even though we had trouble to find the hotel, just call the owner and he came to help us, even help us to find somewhere to park.
It's almost 3am and I got woken up by someone outside my room talking loudly .. they had turned the hall light back on which shines through the glass at the top of the door..
We had earlier that night put some drinks into the shared refrigerator on our level and I went out to find half of them missing.
Seriously this is theft even though it's a stupid cheap drink that was ours! I dont feel safe staying here and I'm angry that my sleep was disturbed...

Very good. Thumbs up. First time visit taiwan and among so many place hotel i stay this was the best. Clean✔️👍, friendly👍, location👍. Love it. Will highly recommend. Next time visit will come and stay again

Clean,spacious - just like home

Fantastic place!! Rooms are big and clean. most comfortable bed of all my stay in Taiwan. Strong water pressure for shower. Macdonald, Carrefour, food places and convenient stores within walking distance. The owner came personally to help with Wifi issue. Sandwich breakfast is nice. water dispenser on every floor. It will be nice to have soap for hand wash. Highly recommended.
