相當方便的位置，附近有小吃攤、餐廳、麥當勞、全聯，生活機能優秀。唯二兩個美中不足，房間內部未如照片那麼精緻，更像是學生校外租屋；入口太過隱秘(不像傳統酒店大門)而是電動鐵捲門，晚上抵達繞了一圈找不到從哪進入；優點：CP值很好，空間大、衛生乾淨、冷氣夠強、管理人回應速度極快，機車可以停進鐵捲門內空間。以觀光區來說，是非常優秀的住宿選擇，值得推薦。
