Free parking and really friendly receptionist! Loved the experience of sitting on the buggy up the slope to our room. Nice hot spring in the room too :)

The worst place we’ve stayed for the cost

This was the very worst places I’ve stayed at in Taiwan. I booked for amenities that they did not offer and the few that were available had minimal times available in the am then not till late afternoon. This was an expensive trip all said and done with uber rides up the hill to avoid a 2 hour bus commute and all we were able to do was sleep in a barely clean old room, have minimal breakfast as it was prepared for you not buffet as shown online, pet a few cats- which requires a drink purchase like all places- but watched the woman clean feces off the cat tail in the service sink, flip her hands all over, and not wash with soap. Definitely did not drink our drinks but enjoyed the cats when she wasn’t bothering them.
This place was where I picked to spend time with my kid and it was a total money sink and time sink.
1 hour extra commute time to get to any activities.

Room is quite big with hot spring bath tub. Facility is amazing. The equipments of the gym is very professional. Breakfast also have a lot of selections.

The front desk and other staff doesn’t speak english. You need to ride golf cart to bring you from the room to the front desk, the staff will not assist you with baggages, it’s ginna be very hard if you have luggages.

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of fresh and healthy plenty choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The staffs were always motivated to help us, staff are all friendly. But on the other side, is the swimming pool, I didn’t enjoy that much because a lot of people there. Pool was not really big . Can’t relax that much children and parents are shouting.
But I really enjoyed private hot spring.
