LOCATION : Very good its just a few steps away from the Kaoshiung Main Station about 3 mins walk .
Room: Ideal room facing the station good view and spacious.
Breakfast : They offer free breakfast spread which is mostly taiwanese food most are veggies but they have bread and salad, juices, soya , sweet breads , popcorn, and icecream
Snacks : Snacks all day are free consisting of sweet bread, coffee, juices, popcorn and icecream.

CP good but front desk staff hospitality 0

I stayed in a superior room with a picture of the sofa for three nights. There was no sofa in the room I was let through, so I asked for a room with a sofa, but the front desk staff threatened me with a refund if I cancelled if I didn't want to, because the photo was for reference only. It's under fire for hype through booking.com.
You can greet them normally, except for the hotel in front of the station, where drinks, food and laundry are free 24 hours a day, and the front desk where you don't even look up, let alone say hello. That's close.

The location is great because it is just across from the train station and near restaurants and a 7-Eleven. However, the room is quite small and dusty. The “clean room” button is not working, so you have to ask the hotel staff to clean it. I had to clean the headboard, lamp post, telephone, and windows myself because they were very dusty. And no outlets near the beds or side table to charge phone. On a positive note, bed is very comfy with 4 pillows and I appreciate that they allowed us to check in early and provided storage space for our luggage after check-out.The reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent, with ice cream, popcorn, and pork buns available.

Very bad booking service, want to cancel the reservation was called, then called intentionally not answering the phone

The booking service of the hotel hotel in front of Kaohsiung Station was really bad, on the morning of 4/12 call to cancel the reservation to ask if there are no show charges generated, the contact person not only did not answer my questions, he was not happy with my inquiries, directly ring my phone, then call to not receive the phone!!!!!!
I will never go to book anymore or go a second time. The guilt of the reservation staff at the front shop at Kaohsiung Inn Inn and Inn Station is invisible, do you really want to ask about the education training of the company's headquarters, the reservation staff will be cancelled, the guest will call directly, and then will not answer the phone? ??? Can't cancel the reservation????? Very poor service for cancelled guests!!!!
Even the supervisor's ability to handle customer complaints is the worst ~~ Not even a single word of embarrassment, not a single guest suite to bother you. It is real to recognize the very poor service of the hotel visitors in front of Kaohsiung Station, do not go to book the room!!! Very bad front stop business trip.
The manager before the hotel station is also a class of poor complaint ability, in fact, as long as you say no shame to the guests, bring you trouble, such words are not willing to say, and with the guests at the end of the phone!! What a great bad complaint treatment!!!!! Not going to reserve anymore!!!!
