The staff at this hotel were outstanding. The Manager allowed a late check out. The front desk and breakfast attendants were very attentive and friendly. We loved the geothermal pool on the top floor.

Very bad experience

The room is bright and the reception staff in the evening hall is very good.
The room floor is covered with blankets, and the cleanliness is poor.
Room space and price are disproportionate.
Room mould smells too heavy.
The bathroom has no exterior windows, and the fan is not working at all.
Bathroom lighting is super insufficient.
Although it has been expressly stipulated that we do not proactively provide one-time washing tools, but we will be charged 1 set of $30.- (only 1 toothbrush and 1 small piece of toothpaste).

This place should not be on your website it was disgusting and dirty. There were hairs on the sheets of my bed
