Clean room though a bit small for en suite room. No food and drink in room. Basement area lounge to eat and drink, so it is still okay. Just a simple accommodation good for those who are out whole day and just nd a place to sleep at night.

Quite central but not noisy, cosy and clean

I stayed in the mixed dorm and then the female dorm for 6 nights. The hostel is centrally located and the communal area is quite cosy and pleasant. The electrical outlets worked in my bed and the privacy curtains gave you a level of privacy.
The lockers were operated using your keycard which was good.
My only issue was that the man on the front desk decided to charge my credit card without asking. He didn’t give me the option to use cash or my travel card. I was charged a lot of money in international transaction fees. I read that I could pay on arrival with the form of payment of my choosing.
There isn’t much of an atmosphere but I was able to have a conversation with people in the female dorm.

Extremely bad desk service

Long-haired lady countertop admonition questioning information, stands playing big cards say can refuse you to stay, so disrespect the first meeting of the guests hotel, three o'clock in the afternoon stay, more than two o'clock call you up to play the wind, is in your eyes, I am not high enough not eligible to stay

Terrible customer service. Weird lady came knocking on my door as I was on my way to checkout. Even after I left my keys at the front desk she continued to follow me outside. Do they know how to train their staff for professional behavior and etiquette here?
