The hotel is conveniently located directly above a metro station, making it very easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is lively, with night markets, plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and everything else you might need. It’s also only two metro stops from the main station.
The hotel itself is large and spacious, with comfortable common areas. However, the restaurants in the building were fairly disappointing. The gym was also very limited—it only had treadmills, with no free weights or strength-training equipment at all.

Caesar Metro Hotel is located in a busy district area. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and others surrounding it. Breakfast was good! Nearby there are train station and the subway (tube). It's convenient to go anywhere from here due to its location. The hotel itself is huge with many guests checking in and out during the peak hours. The room is equivalent to many other hotels in terms of room setting and decorations. But the only good things which I like is the cleanliness that they had maintained. It needs a few touch up on the room and toilets to make it look great! The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very well positioned as was next to Wanhua train station which would easily get us to Taipei Central station or walking about a block or so would have easy access to Longshan Train Station which takes you through Taipei Central but didn't require transfer for certain routes. Wanhua to Taipei Central would require transfers to other lines.
Hotel was clean and extremely busy, had easily accessible convenience stores around. My fault for not realizing that around Longshan Temple, short walk away, there were some smaller night markets around until much later in our stay. We had traveled to many of the larger night market by train and didn't explore enough around our hotel vicinity.
Also, very convenient for money exchanges with Bank of Taiwan just outside of Wanhua station.

Clean room and staff is very helpful, too many people crowded in the lobby area, need some remodeling to keep the 1st floor appealing

I had to switch rooms my first night because there was a large urine stain on the mattress of my bed that I could see through the sheets
