Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

I stayed in Click Hotel located at Ximending with my family. It took 15 minutes to find since we walked from the airport, I usually would have just taken a cab but checking google maps it was relatively near and we wanted to look around the neighborhood. The hotel is located inside an old building so at first, we thought we were in the wrong location but there was the hotel’s signage. Before entering you are greeted by a well-lit alleyway with many small stalls that leads you to the elevator entrance. We were expecting a dodgy hotel experience but we were proven wrong when we arrived at the floor and were greeted by their amazing staff and fresh surroundings. We checked in rather early so they offered to take our luggage and asked if we wanted to grab some complimentary drinks from the refrigerator before we head out. The hotel is located in the central shopping so it was convenient to shop around and dine. To add, the train station was only 10 minutes away so it is a good location. After we were allowed to check-in and go inside our rooms we were surprised by how large the room and beds were. The restroom though a bit small was clean and provided the proper amenities (love how the shower gel and shampoo are in a dispenser so it would be sustainable). Was surprised by the open clothing hanger but it made the place spacious and allowed an area to dry out wet towels. Every morning before leaving for our trip we were greeted by their staff with a kind smile which I thought was a nice way to start the day. However, the elevator is quite a safety hazard because while going in, it suddenly shut so fast in front of me but thankfully my luggage stopped the doors. I read some past comments who had the same issue so I think the management can check that out and fix it. But other than that staying here for 4 days was a pleasant experience definitely value for money, I would recommend this place to my friends and family who intend to travel to Taipei, Taiwan looking for a hotel with a good location, friendly staff, proper amenities, and cleanliness.

Nice service

The staff is nice, He came to pick us up when we can not find the hotel address in google map. We hope to have a great time and will give further service review after we actually use the services provided. But so far so good.

Kids friendly and helpful reception

The play area at the lobby was paradise for the 2 kids with me for this trip as well as the Soccer table. Really grateful for the staff’s help to order birthday cake and decorate the room for my friend. Room is clean and tidy. While there was no breakfast buffet, the snack counter has plenty of options as well as fresh bread in the mornings and instant bowl noodles at night. Will return again.

Great Convenient Hotel

We found the Click Hotel to be very convenient to Ximen Station. The room was clean, comfortable, good size free WIFI, tv has some english channels, fridge in the room and quiet. In the lobby there is free tea, coffee, snacks, juice and soft drink. And a big thank you to Mickey who was always very friendly and helpful. Will return !!!

Nice hotel loved by kids

We took the family theme room with kitchen set. There was a play area around the hotel. Room was big in Taiwan standards. Window was at a weird corner but don’t bother us. Room was clean. Toilet was one level above the room which elderly may have issue. There are drinks available but didn’t see any noodles. U can make orders and ask the hotel to receive for u. Polite staff. Location was good, though difficult to find, in Ximending with shops and eatery around. Laundry was quite a distance away, which is the only con.
