Cheap but decent place near 101

The hostel is actually easy to find. Its like 500 or 600 meters away to Taipei 101 and to MRT. The room is clean as well as the toilet and bathroom. Just one tip, bring your own slippers because if you dont have, you will be wearing the common slippers which i think is unhygienic. There’s a Family Mart on the ground floor. If you’re really looking for a decent and cheap stay, then this is the place to go to.

Awesome Stay

Very Clean, Organized and has good breakfast for free. the staff are very polite and helpful. if you want to hotel feel like stay in a hotel this is a best one. the have a cute balcony overlooking taipei 101. the convinience store is just right next to it. walkable to train

No curtains on beds, street noise

Formosa101 in Taipei offers a central location that makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, very narrow and functional, unfortunately no curtains on the beds (zero privacy) and the common areas are designed to be welcoming. The service is very friendly, however my stay was affected by noise pollution. Due to the location on a busy street, it was sometimes noisy at night, which made sleep a bit more difficult. Overall, a solid stay, but for guests seeking peace and quiet, this might be a point to consider.

Great place with clean rooms. Close to Taipei101 and night market

A great place really close to the Taipei101 mrt and the night market (like 3 minutes walk!). Clean rooms, great atmosphere. Free breakfast is a nice touch
Stayed in a private room with a bathroom. Cleaned well , and they provide some stuff like towels and shampoo
