We got an upgrade for some reason. First we got a message from the hotel that towels are not free, and we could rent if we wanted. But when we got there it was free towels (maybe because we got an upgrade?). The room felt clean. The bathroom and shower was in another room (separate men’s and women. You can’t flush toilet paper in the toilet). It felt very clean as well. There were always toilet paper and hand paper available. There were hand soap, body soap and shampoo available as well. Free water available by the reception. The staff was nice as well.
We had a room with no windows. But it was no problem. The ventilation and AC was on 24/7. It was almost a little bit cold in the room.

The location is great, with many restaurants and street stalls nearby, and the prices are cheap. It's also relatively quiet most of the time, especially in the evenings.

Staff is polite and would try to work with you to provide ample and good service. But the facilities and due to the sizing of the dorm-rooms, it is rather cramped and not so friendly with those who have joint issues.
