Pros: comfortable bed and pillows; thick towels; lots of hot water and good water pressure for showers; good air conditioning; room safe and refrigerator; nice and helpful staff; many restaurants and convenience stores nearby - including Chinese and American options (McDonald’s and Popeye’s Chicken); very close to Taipei Main Station.
Con: there was a bad odor in the hallway and rooms the first two nights.

The walls are very thin - I could hear every movement from the guest next door. There was also a chilly gust of air near the window. The shower could have been better (warm water took very long, no space before the shower itself to store my stuff). The hand soap inside the room was very pungent.

There is a slight smell in the whole place. Rooms although are spacious and nice enough, are not quiet. I could hear people in the rooms next to me as well as noises from outside through the window. Laundry machines were not working and barely any people staying at this place. Location is okay I guess given it's right next to the main station.
