No traditional reception. Check-in is very late at 8 pm which we didn’t get any information about when booking on hotels.com! We made the booking for three nights on hotels.com and an employee asked us to pay extra, even if everything was included when booking. But after a lot of talk they admitted they were wrong! What a mess! Breakfast not very tasty but included. A motel? No, a KTV building with a lot of noise until midnight :(

Service is meh. Design is meh. Didn't provide a second choicr of room design.
Attitude was just fine.
Cleanness was poor. Had to ask for maid to come clean again.
Equipment is cheap and low quality.
Amenity is old and worn out.
Flushing button is wobbly.
I regret going.
I recommend avoiding.

Everyone was very friendly and they've gone out of their way to communicate with us in English. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was luxurious and the amenities were great. The only negative was the mold/dirt on the floor around the bottom of the bathtub. We will book another stay at this motel if we are in the area again.
