WiFi doesn't work
We are paying a two weeks tour through Taiwan I have always chosen the motel layout better than the hotel layout. Consequently I think I have evidences to compare Nobel motel with others around the country. Summing-up: it is the most expensive of all of them (20€ more than the average), the aspect of the room is old (worst than the average) and the size and conveniences of the room are the standard. WIFI does not work. I have had a sleepless night and, even I cannot hear the news while in my bed. I stand up and in the restroom at 5:50am to write this comment. Consequently this motel doesn't deserve this price. I would not choose it again.

Motel, no love though
- 5 minutes (NT$200!!!) taxi ride from station
- Fast turnaround by the highly efficient housekeeping team
- Discreet location if you are investing in the local sex trade or for a secret romantic rendezvous liaison point and your "companion" has low expectations
Cons:
- Heavy smell of cigarette smoke in most rooms (we checked 3 different ones)
- Likelyhood of sexcrement to be hidden in unexpected locations around the room
- I have seen better atmospheres in graveyard
Take-away:
My wife and I had not expected this place to be a "love motel" and decided not to stay here, leaving to return to Hualien instead.

Better in Tautung; average in Big City
相较于台东其他不确定品质的民宿，缺乏维护的挤满观光客的老旧台东饭店，跟过高房价的附近其他旅馆，这是中间选择,一般大城市等级的汽车旅馆在台东是较少的，定价也跟一般城市汽车旅馆一样。If you want to avoid the uncertain quality of home stay, lack of maintenance of the old Taitung hotels, crowd, and over-rated hotels nearby, the motel is a moderate choose. It is like the ordinary one in the major city. 位置距离郊区景点约20分钟,属于城区外围. The location is at the outskirt of the Taitung city and 20-minute driving to Lu-Ye Terrace. 没发现WIFI,插头仅2个要找一下. not found WIFI; need to search electric sockets. 有好看的电影跟电视. good movie and TV. 有两支莲蓬头. Two shower nozzles, high and low. 有餐厅&早点. With a cantin and ok breakfast.
